Since 1997, Johnny has been the trusted barber to some of the most iconic names in entertainment, building long-standing relationships rooted in discretion, precision, and an unmatched eye for detail. His work has taken him from the barbershop chair to sets, stages, and studios around the world.
In 2003, Johnny founded The Shop in Englewood, New Jersey — a destination barbershop with 10 barbers that has become a cultural institution in its own right. That same vision of excellence led to the creation of HQE Headquarters, his agency dedicated to bringing that same standard of grooming to the production world.
